Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation

Posted May 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver AI-driven features to production, including conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, and automated compliance workflows.

• Guide cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to successfully bring AI products to fruition.

• Assess and incorporate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open-source models) into product experiences while balancing the pace of innovation with safety and compliance.

• Create the internal AI enablement playbook to promote the use of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams.

• Establish success metrics for AI features (engagement lift, cost reduction, resolution rate, NPS) and conduct thorough A/B testing.

• Oversee vendor partnerships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers.

• Provide updates to senior leadership regarding AI transformation progress, return on investment, and strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production environments.

• Proven history of delivering AI products at scale, including chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, or AI agents utilized by actual users.

• In-depth knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks — able to engage in technical discussions with ML engineers.

• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM-based agents) and assessing their effectiveness.

• Proven capability to convert vague AI opportunities into detailed product specifications, build-vs-buy evaluations, and phased rollout strategies.

• Strong data intuition, with proficiency in SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-compliance settings is highly advantageous.

• Capacity to influence and align senior stakeholders (C-suite, engineering leads, compliance) regarding AI adoption strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not essential — practical experience in shipping products is more important than credentials.

• Medical insurance package with extended coverage for dependents.

• Generous annual leave entitlement, including birthday and work anniversary leave.

• Flexible work arrangements, including flexible hours and hybrid or remote setups.

• Career development opportunities through our internal mobility program, offering a diverse range of options.
