Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the AI Receptionist product from inception to completion, establishing the vision, roadmap, and criteria for success.

• Create exceptional AI-driven client communication and facilitate smooth client interactions.

• Propel adoption and outcomes by concentrating on revenue generation, user adoption, and customer retention.

• Advocate for the customer by comprehensively understanding their needs in communication management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B2C or dual B2C and B2B settings.

• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled products.

• Proficiency in large language models (LLM) and knowledge of prompt design.

• Strong instincts for capturing the voice of the customer and a data-driven approach.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with effective communication skills.
