Senior Product Manager, AI Platform – Developer Productivity

📋 Description

• Formulate product strategies and implement them across a range of AI platform projects, converting vague technical issues into clear problem statements, product direction, and prioritized roadmaps.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of internal developers and engineering teams through direct engagement, transforming user challenges into intuitive, impactful platform features.

• Manage roadmap planning over both short- and long-term timelines, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, scalability, and strategic business goals.

• Identify and assess high-value opportunities for AI-driven tools, autonomous automation, and enhancements to developer productivity, with a strong emphasis on measurable adoption and operational results.

• Set product success metrics and utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance prioritization, feature scope, and user experience.

• Advocate for developer experience and UX quality by comprehending real engineering workflows, trust dynamics in AI-supported tools, and the elements that promote sustained platform usage.

• Articulate product strategy, trade-offs, and execution plans effectively to both technical and executive audiences, influencing decisions at all organizational levels.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and design teams, ensuring alignment and execution within a highly matrixed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 12 years of product management experience in developing developer platforms, infrastructure products, or AI/ML systems at scale.

• Experience in leading products that integrate LLM-powered agents, autonomous workflows, or AI-accelerated developer experiences.

• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, including distributed training, inference optimization, GPU-accelerated computing, and performance in large-scale systems.

• Background in defining and delivering observability, telemetry, profiling, or performance tools for engineering organizations.

• Proven track record of promoting the adoption of complex developer-facing products within large organizations.

• Extensive familiarity with contemporary SDLC tools and developer workflows across building, testing, deployment, and runtime environments.

• Exceptional systems thinking ability with a knack for reasoning across the stack—from hardware and infrastructure layers to APIs, platforms, and end-user developer experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at simplifying ambiguous technical challenges into coherent product narratives.
