Forward Deployed AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will visit client locations to identify their challenges and develop appropriate solutions.

• Facilitate bootcamps, which are 5-day intensive sessions where you collaborate with the client’s team to transform a vague request into a functional MVP.

• Create AI systems, including agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool integrations.

• Focus on governance; we prioritize regulated environments such as GDPR, BAIT/VAIT, and the EU AI Act.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level position requiring 8+ years of overall professional experience, not limited to AI.

• Strong foundation in Python backend development.

• Proven experience with LLM-based applications.

• Background in production systems.
