This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete development cycle of AI/ML models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Create generative-AI solutions (RAG, Agentic Workflows, MCP Servers, Conversation AI Agents) that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to develop and sustain data pipelines, feature stores, and orchestration frameworks.
• Design and integrate AI models into production systems, including APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Enhance models and solutions for optimal performance, scalability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Observe the performance of models and solutions in production (including drift, bias, fairness, and reliability) and enact necessary remediation measures.
• Maintain documentation on model design, experiments, data lineage, and the rationale behind solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools (such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Clients/Servers, Agents SDKs, LiveKit, etc.) and suggest innovative concepts.
• Engage directly with clients to comprehend problem statements, convert business requirements into AI solutions, and effectively communicate results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
