This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the product for a fully customized agentic platform developed from the ground up.
• Create multi-agent workflows, detailing agent responsibilities, task breakdowns, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Broaden product perspective across various domains, products, customer segments, and verticals.
• Leverage AI to compile customer feedback, assess competitive landscapes, and produce initial product artifacts.
• Develop AI-driven analysis pipelines for datasets and user interviews.
• Prototype and validate product concepts with functional proofs-of-concept.
• Stay informed about the AI product landscape, including competitors, customer adoption, and technological trends.
• Own and communicate the strategic roadmap.
• Prioritize transformative AI opportunities and design reusable product capabilities.
• Convert revenue impact, churn risks, and deal obstacles into product decisions.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, launch, and adoption strategies.
• Create feedback loops with actual users and utilize data to inform iteration.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS setting.
• Proven, significant use of AI tools within a product management workflow.
• Experience in building or delivering product capabilities that incorporate AI/ML; at least one production deployment preferred.
• Familiarity with collaborating with engineering teams on AI/ML systems, including model integration, context engineering, evaluation pipelines, and data quality.
• Working knowledge of foundation models, their capabilities, limitations, and applications.
• Understanding of RAG, agentic workflows, embeddings, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and contemporary development practices.
• Comfort in using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Ability to interpret customer signals, including churn risks, deal blockers, and expansion opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills in using data for prioritization, outcome measurement, and business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to produce product specifications, strategy documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Comfort in functioning with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
• Background in the Association or Non-Profit sector is a plus.
