This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive strategy for pricing intelligence and supplier performance.
• Create pricing systems utilizing predictive modeling, elasticity signals, and real-time anomaly detection.
• Convert transactional data into automated performance indicators and pricing diagnostics.
• Develop and uphold the single source of truth for revenue, margins, commission rates, transactions, and cancellations.
• Construct model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback frameworks, including drift detection.
• Execute large-scale proactive systems to identify financial discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, finance, and commercial teams to deliver production-quality infrastructure integrated with models.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, including responsibility for AI-native products and model-driven systems in operational settings.
• Practical experience: Ability to write prompts, design evaluation tests, or prototype with LLMs/foundation models as part of your workflow (rather than just managing others).
• AI lifecycle management: Expertise in problem definition, signal design, evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall trade-offs), monitoring frameworks, and retraining strategies.
• Large-scale systems: Experience in deploying predictive systems, anomaly-detection platforms, or automated decision-making infrastructure.
• Technical skills: Proficient in SQL and experienced with extensive transactional datasets.
• Domain knowledge: Familiarity with pricing systems, financial reporting platforms, or reconciliation frameworks.
• Communication: Outstanding ability to articulate complex concepts to technical, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
