Senior Product Manager – AI, Game-Based Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead a small group of designers and developers, benefiting from access to analytical and research resources.

• Create and expand features like Pandy AI Tutor, offering 24/7, judgment-free speaking practice for students of varying proficiency levels.

• Take ownership of the roadmap for both current and upcoming gamified environments, concentrating on LLM-based learning mini-games that enhance curriculum-aligned vocabulary and grammar.

• Leverage AI to develop adaptive learning paths that modify game difficulty and content in real-time based on a child's performance during live classes and self-study sessions.

• Collaborate with engineering to fine-tune Speech-to-Text and AI prompting logic, maximizing student speaking time and achieving the high engagement levels typical of AI-only learning models.

• Design and oversee the "Economy of Fun," which includes avatars, star rewards, and other gamification elements that capture a child's attention against mainstream applications.

• Partner closely with designers, engineers, curriculum developers, and teacher operations to transform user insights into high-quality educational content and engaging user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Product Management role.

• Practical experience in AI-driven features, including prompt engineering, conversational AI, or adaptive algorithms.

• Strong foundation in mobile gaming or highly gamified EdTech, with an in-depth understanding of reward systems, level progression, and retention strategies.

• Proven capability to create interfaces for children aged 4 to 12 that are intuitive, secure, and require no parental oversight.

• Proficiency in analytical tools to assess "incidental learning" metrics and game completion rates.

• Manage the Agile process alongside our engineering team, ensuring that prototypes are delivered and scaled with technical excellence.

• Thrive in a fully remote, distributed team environment and possess mastery of tools such as JIRA and Slack.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
