Senior Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, implement, and enhance the architecture and roadmap for essential internal AI infrastructure.

• Take ownership of and advance open-source AI platforms and client solutions within Iris AI.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, and customer-facing teams.

• Engage and synchronize business leaders, tech teams, and customers on innovative AI-driven capabilities.

• Ensure that products comply with rigorous compliance, governance, and security standards.

• Identify opportunities for utilizing AI protocols and multi-agent frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).

• Strong grasp of contemporary AI/ML concepts.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals.

• Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products.

• Background in supporting or expanding open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical capabilities as compelling business value.
