Product Owner – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Product Owner Specialist responsible for steering the strategy, development, and maintenance of essential financial products, operating with high autonomy and making a direct impact on business outcomes.

• A pivotal role in defining and enhancing the complete payments journey, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, security, and exceptional customer experience.

• Propel the payments product strategy, linking business vision, technology, and customer experience.

• Outline and refine the short-, medium-, and long-term roadmap, prioritizing value creation and financial performance.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, balancing value, effort, and risk considerations.

• Establish releases, MVPs, and incremental delivery strategies to ensure ongoing learning.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to construct and improve user stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital products.

• Practical experience with payments (acquiring, gateway, anti-fraud, billing, reconciliation, or similar).

• Background in managing financial products or transactional journeys.

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience with discovery, product strategy, and roadmap management.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
