Senior Product Manager, AI and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the product roadmap for AI and analytics features, balancing immediate customer value with long-term platform distinction.

• Convert business goals, market insights, and customer research into a prioritized backlog with defined objectives, success metrics, and release timelines.

• Create and convey a persuasive product vision illustrating how AI—including LLMs, Auto-Structure, AI Lens, and agentic workflows—will revolutionize the operations of EHSQ professionals.

• Collaborate with the VP of Data Analytics, Architecture & AI to ensure alignment of AI product investments with the company's strategy and Fortive Business System priorities.

• Engage in continuous customer discovery through interviews, advisory councils, and partnerships with sales and customer success to thoroughly understand EHSQ workflows and unmet requirements.

• Oversee the complete delivery process of AI and analytics features—from drafting clear PRDs and acceptance criteria to sprint planning, launch, and post-release iterations.

• Act as the internal product expert on AI and analytics—equipping sales, presales, and customer success teams with competitive positioning, demo narratives, and in-depth feature discussions.

• Manage dependencies across teams and proactively identify risks to delivery schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to AI, data, or analytics products within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Proven ability to lead AI or data-driven features from discovery to launch while assessing their business impact.

• Experience collaborating directly with data science, ML engineering, or AI architecture teams, translating technical limitations into clear product decisions.

• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and experience managing a backlog across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
