Senior Product Manager – Abrechnung, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsibility for billing & ERP products

• Ownership of the specialized modules for contracts, accounting, time tracking, and bookkeeping within our custom-developed software solution

• Evaluation and enhancement of operational processes and standards with a focus on billing and contract management

• Identification of potential improvements in the field and transformation into effective product requirements

• Close collaboration during the implementation process with the development team

• Hands-on support throughout the development process

• Assistance with data migrations and support during rollouts

• Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders in management and our subsidiaries

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on accounting, ERP, billing, or comparable B2B software solutions

• Strong willingness to take ownership of complex specialized modules

• Experience in translating business requirements into actionable user stories, tickets, and product enhancements

• Technical experience in data migration, data analysis, and software development

• High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and a strong ownership mindset

• Excellent German and English language skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work (approximately 20%)
