Senior Product Manager – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

• Propel product-driven growth by incorporating customer-centric features and insights.

• Actively solicit feedback from current customers regarding enhancements and feature suggestions.

• Address inquiries through Slack and Intercom.

• Ensure Intercom documentation and the help desk are current and continually refined.

• Multiple years of experience in software, SaaS, or product management.

• Deeply knowledgeable, at an expert level.

• Strong communication skills.

• Sales aptitude.

• Ability to conceptualize products.

• High level of empathy.

• A formal education or degree is not mandatory.
