This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• The Product Line Manager is tasked with overseeing product planning and implementation across the entire product lifecycle, which involves gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, as well as defining the product's value proposition and lifecycle vision.
• Formulate and execute a product line strategy that aligns with business growth targets and the evolving needs of the clinical environment.
• Assess market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and clinical data to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth.
• Work in collaboration with the strategy & growth leader on the innovation pipeline, new market entries, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisition opportunities.
• Jointly develop the product line Roadmap with the commercial and technical teams to effectively communicate the vision and value of the portfolio to the organization.
• Oversee comprehensive product lifecycle management from inception to end-of-life, including gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC), clinical validation, and executing the roadmap.
• Create and maintain a prioritized list of customer requirements while optimizing the portfolio for profitability, focus, and clinical impact.
• Provide continuous financial and technical rationale for product development and enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure that key product features and benefits are effectively communicated to the Sales Channel and supported by a robust marketing plan.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that underscore differentiated clinical and economic advantages.
• Coordinate the production of sales and marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, sales aids, and training resources.
• Lead engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support clinical studies that demonstrate product superiority and promote adoption.
• Design go-to-market and regional launch strategies in partnership with Sales and distribution channels.
• Manage the pricing strategy to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare annual revenue forecasts and track performance against yearly objectives.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis to guide go-to-market strategies and pricing methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or business is required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the medical device sector, ideally in a role that supports interventional devices (Supplier or OEM).
• Proven track record in product management, strategic marketing, and leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement product portfolio strategies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively represent the organization and its products while addressing inquiries from customers, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Interventional Medical procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value-based pricing and messaging.
• Skilled in Excel-based financial modeling, Power BI dashboards, and market modeling techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, coupled with a professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
