Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and deploy comprehensive features spanning both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React).

• You will conceptualize and execute AI-enhanced product functionalities (e.g., agentic workflows, AI-assisted features).

• You will engage directly with customers, identifying and addressing user concerns firsthand.

• You will take charge of features from conception through to production and subsequent iterations.

• You will enhance system architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to tackle real logistical challenges.

• You will play a key role in technical decision-making and roadmap development.

• You will assist and enable fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities (Ruby on Rails & React).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering features end-to-end with significant ownership.

• A pragmatic approach that balances speed with quality.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• A product-oriented mindset that emphasizes user value.

• Proficient in English.

• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS environments.

• Nice to have: Experience with customer integration projects.

• Nice to have: Background in the logistics sector.

• Nice to have: Proficiency in German.
