Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable full-stack applications encompassing frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Commercial, and Analytics teams to identify and deliver impactful new features.

• Create internal tools and operational systems that enhance efficiency and scalability throughout the organization.

• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows and LLM-based solutions utilizing contemporary generative AI tools.

• Investigate, assess, and optimize the utilization of LLMs and AI systems across products and internal processes.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, scalability advancements, and the ongoing evolution of the platform.

• Construct high-quality user experiences leveraging modern frontend technologies and design systems.

• Design and uphold dependable backend systems, APIs, and data structures.

• Work with evolving technologies and assist in identifying the appropriate tools and methodologies for various challenges.

• Engage in retrospectives, knowledge sharing, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe engineering culture.

• Contribute to the development of products that create significant real-world impacts for end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure technologies.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining intricate software systems in production settings.

• Strong comprehension of scalable architecture, data structures, and maintainable software design.

• Familiarity with modern backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, or similar.

• Experience in developing frontend applications utilizing React and TypeScript or comparable modern frameworks.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Experience in integrating APIs and third-party services.

• Acquainted with modern AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including tools like OpenAI, Claude, or similar.

• Product-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes and data-driven decision-making.

• Capability to work efficiently within cross-functional product teams.
