Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee product engineering activities from initial concept to high-volume production for MEMS oscillators, resonators, and timing ICs.

• Evaluate extensive datasets to measure product performance across various processes, voltages, temperatures, and reliability factors.

• Collaborate with test engineering teams to create efficient and reliable production testing solutions.

• Lead root-cause analyses and problem-solving efforts for device performance and yield challenges during the development phase.

• Track production performance, yield rates, and outgoing quality; identify trends and initiate continuous improvement actions.

• Work together with foundry, assembly, and testing partners to address process and equipment-related challenges.

• Apply design-of-experiments (DOE) methodologies to optimize parameters, enhance yield, and minimize testing costs.

• Ensure a robust product release process through thorough documentation, risk assessments, and data-informed decision-making.

• Assist customer engineering teams with debugging, handling field returns, and addressing technical inquiries.

• Coordinate with operations for supply chain preparedness, lifecycle management, and cost-reduction strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in product engineering, semiconductor device engineering, or MEMS technology.

• Expertise in data analysis tools such as Exensio, JMP, MATLAB, or Python.

• Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing, automated test equipment (ATE) test flows, and statistical process control (SPC).

• Proven track record of driving cross-functional technical initiatives to completion.
