Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing NVIDIA Interconnect products, ensuring seamless product engineering execution and upkeep.

• Lead product yield management and collaborate on methodologies, processes, and operations for both new and existing offerings.

• Execute product change control, manage builds, and address product failure challenges.

• Monitor quality and yield objectives, implementing corrective measures as necessary while collaborating with hardware build, validation, software, and other product engineers.

• Cultivate and enhance the capabilities of manufacturing partners, with an emphasis on scalability and yield reporting.

• Openness to travel to various locations as required by the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in Product Development, especially in AOC/Transceivers.

• Extensive technical expertise in Hardware and/or Software Engineering pertinent to Optical Product Development.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optoelectronic Science and Technology, Optical Information Science and Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with high precision connectors/interconnects manufacturing, assembly, and testing.

• Strong analytical capabilities and adeptness with advanced data analytics tools.

• Dedicated problem solver with exceptional teamwork skills.

• Understanding of interpersonal structures, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Capacity to operate effectively in a cross-site and cross-cultural setting.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
