⛳️ Requirements

• You are a proficient engineer capable of full-stack development with a focus on front-end.

• You possess significant experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, demonstrating real front-end skills, and you proactively engage across the stack to deliver end-to-end solutions without waiting for others to manage the other aspects.

• You have created tangible applications utilizing LLMs, beyond mere prototypes.

• You are well-versed in retrieval (RAG), embeddings, prompt/context engineering, and agentic/tool-calling methodologies, and you hold informed opinions on the reliability of AI features in production.

• You maintain a high standard for AI quality.

• You are proficient with AI coding tools and incorporate them into your work as a standard practice.

• You possess a strong understanding of customer needs.

• You take ownership of results.

• You communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
