Senior Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping the virtual assembly line team, our intelligence workflow engine.

• Take full ownership of features and workflows from start to finish.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

• Manage feature development from defining problems to deploying in production.

• Create and integrate AI-enhanced product experiences.

• Participate in architectural decisions and AI integration methodologies.

• Maintain short feedback loops: prototype, launch, observe, and refine.

• Challenge assumptions when something seems off and suggest improved solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack expertise in TypeScript, React / Next.js, and Node.js / NestJS.

• Proven, hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, or MCPs - with production experience preferred.

• A mindset focused on product and customer needs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage features from inception to completion.

• Experience collaborating closely with PMs and designers in a cross-functional team.

• Exceptional written and spoken English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
