Senior Product Designer – UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process from initial concept through to implementation, guaranteeing high-quality designs and user-focused experiences.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify challenges and translate product vision into comprehensive solution designs.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Perform user research and usability testing to confirm design choices.

• Consistently apply industry trends and best practices to enhance product practices and outcomes.

• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth as the team expands.

• Utilize modern AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude Code) to swiftly ideate, prototype, and refine solutions.

• Investigate and implement AI-enhanced workflows to produce near-production-quality outputs, including high-fidelity prototypes and front-end-ready code, minimizing handoff friction and development effort.

• Actively lead product discovery, from recognizing opportunities to shaping solutions and steering development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on web and mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

• A strong product mindset, capable of driving product discovery and development.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, with a keen eye for structure, consistency, and scalability.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in leading design projects or teams, with the capacity to guide and motivate others.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or code generation (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to significantly enhance workflows.

• Capability to produce design outputs that are close to production-quality, with a practical understanding of how designs translate into code.

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to defining processes and executing tasks.

• Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred but not essential.
