Senior Product Designer – UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality designs and user-focused experiences.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify problems and translate product vision into comprehensive solution designs.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Perform user research and usability testing to validate design choices.

• Regularly incorporate industry trends and best practices to enhance product methodologies and outcomes.

• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development as the team expands.

• Utilize modern AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude Code) to quickly ideate, prototype, and refine solutions.

• Investigate and implement AI-enhanced workflows to deliver outputs nearing production quality, including high-fidelity prototypes and front-end-ready code, minimizing handoff challenges and development workload.

• Proactively lead product discovery, from spotting opportunities to crafting solutions and steering development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, specializing in web and mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

• Strong product mindset, capable of driving product discovery and development initiatives.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, demonstrating a keen eye for structure, consistency, and scalability.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven experience leading design projects or teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and focus on precision.

• Practical experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or code generation (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to significantly enhance workflows.

• Capability to deliver design outputs that approach production-level quality, with a solid understanding of how designs convert into code.

• Experience thriving in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, with a proactive attitude towards defining processes and accomplishing tasks.

• Background in the insurance industry is highly preferred but not essential.
