Senior Product Designer, UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process from initial concept through to implementation, guaranteeing high-quality designs and user-focused experiences.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and convert product vision into comprehensive solution designs.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.

• Perform user research and usability testing to validate design choices.

• Consistently incorporate industry trends and best practices to enhance product methodologies and outcomes.

• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth as the team expands.

• Utilize cutting-edge AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude Code) to rapidly generate, prototype, and refine solutions.

• Investigate and implement AI-enhanced workflows to produce near-production quality outputs, including high-fidelity prototypes and front-end-ready code, minimizing handoff friction and development effort.

• Actively spearhead product discovery, from recognizing opportunities to shaping solutions and driving development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with an emphasis on web and mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.

• Robust product mindset, capable of propelling product discovery and development.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a keen focus on structure, consistency, and scalability.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in leading design projects or teams, with a knack for guiding and inspiring others.

• Detail-oriented, possessing a strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, prototyping, or code generation (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to greatly expedite workflows.

• Capability to generate design outputs that are close to production-level quality, with a practical understanding of how designs convert into code.

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to defining processes and achieving results.

• Experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
