Senior Product Designer – Spain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on Twind's Design System, overseeing its upkeep, advancement, and documentation (Figma + Storybook + tokens).

• Ensure visual and functional uniformity across all platforms and languages (the product operates in over 10 languages).

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure accurate component implementation.

• Define and uphold design tokens as the definitive source of truth for the system.

• Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features.

• Engage within a product squad during agile cycles, contributing from discovery to delivery.

• Refine designs based on data and genuine user feedback.

• Organize and conduct research sessions (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations).

• Convert insights into actionable design decisions for the team.

• Facilitate clear communication between design and development: providing clear handoffs, precise specifications, and support during implementation.

• Actively participate in squad refinement and planning meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Design, including at least 2 years of managing a Design System in production.

• Advanced skills in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, advanced prototyping).

• Practical experience with Storybook and design tokens.

• Ability to document and communicate design decisions effectively.

• Product-oriented mindset: you grasp the business, user needs, and technology.

• Full professional proficiency in English, as this is the team's working language.

• Experience in B2B SaaS products with various user profiles (preferred).

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) (preferred).

• Familiarity with documentation tools like Notion or Zeroheight (preferred).

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) (preferred).
