Senior Product Designer – Product Design, UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advocate for design thinking and foster collaboration among teams.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to uncover user needs and establish product requirements.

• Craft comprehensive product experiences for mobile-first and marketplace settings.

• Enhance conversion rates throughout the user journey (discovery, evaluation, purchase).

• Create experiences that promote user retention, engagement, and lasting relationships.

• Contribute to features like subscriptions, plans, loyalty programs, and community experiences.

• Transform complex challenges into straightforward user journeys and design solutions.

• Ensure design choices are aligned with business objectives and product strategy.

• Establish and monitor key product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement) to evaluate design effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain design documents, including:

• Information architecture diagrams

• User flows

• User stories and use cases

• Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups

• Interactive prototypes

• Prototype and assess user interactions and workflows.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform design choices.

• Review product analytics and user behavior data to enhance user experience.

• Assist in the development and management of the design system.

• Engage in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

• Document design choices and maintain comprehensive product design documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product design.

• Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in applying human-centered design principles.

• Experience in designing for mobile applications and/or marketplace platforms.

• Proven track record of enhancing conversion, retention, or engagement metrics in real-world products.

• Capability to lead or independently manage medium to large product initiatives.

• Experience in conducting or utilizing user research (discovery and validation).

• Proficient in using analytics and behavioral data to guide design decisions.

• Familiarity with working on design systems.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities for presenting design choices.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
