This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Oversee the comprehensive design of monetization experiences, which includes creating pricing pages, upgrade flows, checkout processes, paywalls, and in-product conversion points that cater to both self-serve users and enterprise accounts for our multi-product platform.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments aimed at improving conversion, retention, and expansion metrics across various customer segments, fostering a rapid experimentation culture by swiftly prototyping, conducting A/B tests, and refining designs with cross-functional partners based on hypotheses, success criteria, and both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Influence product strategy by collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership, including PM, Engineering, Data Analysts, and Product Marketing.
• Transform behavioral data, pricing analytics, and feedback from individual users and enterprise buyers into user-friendly design solutions that alleviate friction, clarify value propositions, and encourage confident purchasing decisions.
• Carry out user research, interviews, and usability tests, synthesizing insights to identify friction within pricing, upgrade, and billing experiences, and translating those findings into actionable design iterations and new experiment concepts.
• Balance the requirements of various purchasing journeys, ensuring that self-serve experiences emphasize speed and clarity while enterprise interactions accommodate intricate approval workflows and administrative/billing needs.
• Work in collaboration with Content Design to develop compelling value propositions, feature descriptions, pricing copy, and messaging for conversions.
• Establish and advocate for scalable, top-tier monetization design standards, ensuring consistency and accessibility while collaborating with design and core product teams to seamlessly integrate monetization requirements into the core user experience and roadmap.
• Articulate design vision and rationale effectively at all organizational levels, positively influencing stakeholders across the company.
• Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into the design process to expedite the validation, discovery, and prototyping of monetization experiments.
• Guide and mentor other designers by sharing expertise on conversion design principles, experimentation methodologies, and monetization best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-oriented roles, with a portfolio that highlights your design thinking and measurable impacts on conversion and revenue metrics.
• Proven experience in designing monetization surfaces that have demonstrably impacted conversion rates for both self-serve and enterprise clients.
• Background in designing and executing data-driven experiments, interpreting analytics, and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative insights from diverse customer segments.
• Strong grasp of monetization and pricing concepts for SaaS products, including pricing psychology, value-based pricing, plan packaging, hybrid pricing models, and strategies for expansion revenue.
• Ability to reconcile business objectives with user needs, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that foster trust while driving measurable business results.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales teams, operating across both self-serve and enterprise contexts.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools; familiarity with analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to clearly articulate and unfold your design decisions with an iterative approach, welcoming feedback with a growth-oriented mindset.
