Senior Product Designer, experience in investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform user research and market analysis to uncover opportunities and understand our customers' needs.

• Create high-quality interface designs with a focus on usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience.

• Work closely with the development team to guarantee the effective implementation of proposed solutions.

• Track product performance and make improvements based on feedback and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mid-level Product Designer.

• At least 5 years' demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or in a similar field, focusing on digital products and/or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with various research techniques.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Background in Interaction Design.

• Expertise in Information Architecture or a related discipline involving digital products and/or mobile applications.

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract.

• Experience with design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate rapid identification of user needs.

• Knowledge of design research methodologies and principles of human-centered design.

• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities or evolving requirements, showcasing openness and agility.

• Experience in UX/UI design for web systems.

• Familiarity with contemporary web design techniques.

• Knowledge of Motion Design.

• Experience with modern web design practices.

• Understanding of Motion Design.
