This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Master the methodologies and best practices of UX and UI, applying them to enhance digital financial experiences;
• Lead customer discovery sessions, mapping the entire bill payment journey;
• Collaborate across all phases of product development, from research and hypothesis formulation to prototyping and transitioning to Engineering, actively co-creating with the team;
• Develop design solutions that ensure a clear and user-friendly experience for our customers on both Web and Mobile App;
• Implement validation techniques for deliverables through usability testing and proofs of concept;
• Leverage metrics to inform product decisions;
• Guarantee high-quality outcomes by meticulously documenting flows, interface component patterns, and business rules;
• Work in partnership with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the desired features and requirements, effectively managing diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Proven experience in the fintech/payments industry, with a solid understanding of digital payment journeys (including Pix flows, boleto settlement, DDA, TED/DOC, and Cash Out);
• Expertise in product design for both Mobile App and Web, with a strong grasp of usability specifics, interface patterns, and navigation for each platform;
• Extensive experience in constructing user journeys, supported by customer research and hypothesis validation;
• Proficiency in scalable design methodologies, such as style guides and Design Systems;
• Practical experience utilizing structured Design Systems to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, with the insight to propose enhancements alongside the design library team;
• Clear, objective, and assertive communication skills to effectively argue and build consensus with PMs, Engineering, and executive-level stakeholders;
• Experience in rapid prototyping and the development of interactive prototypes;
• Strong attention to intricate business rules during solution design;
• Mastery of UX research techniques and their associated deliverables;
• Experience in conducting benchmarking and market research to inform design decisions;
• Ability to use adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics as guiding inputs for product solutions;
• Familiarity with product management processes.
