Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to final user interface.

• Seamlessly integrate AI and AI tools into workflows to enhance clarity and efficiency.

• Convert research findings, customer insights, and strategic goals into definitive interaction patterns.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to facilitate quick decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during fast-paced, iterative development cycles.

• Contribute to and enhance our design system to maintain consistency and scalability.

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to substantiate design choices.

• Clearly articulate design rationale to ensure team alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product design for SaaS or enterprise software.

• Background in designing or utilizing AI-enhanced tools or familiarity with contemporary AI methodologies.

• A robust portfolio showcasing depth in UX, interaction design, and refined visual design; including at least one recent project or case study demonstrating significant contribution or ownership.

• Proficient in Figma and rapid prototyping techniques.

• Capability to simplify intricate systems and make informed design decisions.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and readiness to act swiftly when necessary.
