Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design for intricate features and product domains.

• Oversee design solutions across various teams or significant workflows.

• Foster robust alignment among design, product, and engineering teams.

• Link design choices to quantifiable user and business outcomes.

• Contribute to and enhance Tempo's design system.

• Serve as a role model for exemplary design thinking and craftsmanship.

• Intentionally apply AI tools with sound judgment throughout the design process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a Product Designer focused on complex B2B or SaaS products.

• Strong expertise in UI design, visual design, and information architecture.

• A portfolio that highlights thoughtful problem-solving and polished execution at scale.

• Ability to connect design with business and user outcomes.

• Understand trade-offs and advocate for the highest-impact opportunities.

• A reliable partner to Product and Engineering who promotes alignment.

• Comfortable independently driving strategy and execution.

• Possess a leadership mindset.

• Consistently apply AI tools with high judgment across your design workflow.

• Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is advantageous.
