Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Accumulate and evaluate business data to pinpoint areas that require enhancement.

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders, creating comprehensive technical documentation for the IT team.

• Presentations and Recommendations: Share findings and suggestions with senior management and executives. Generate written reports that summarize data analysis.

• Implementation Support: Offer guidance and training to facilitate the execution of recommended changes. Collect data to evaluate the impact of these changes.

• Collaboration with Development Teams: Engage closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications. Supply detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to aid the development process.

• Evaluation and Improvement: Observe and assess the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and various data sources. Continuously look for ways to refine and enhance the user experience.

• UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are both visually appealing and functional. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.

• Visual Design: Develop and uphold a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual components comply with brand guidelines and improve the overall user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer in e-commerce or B2B2C environments.

• Proven record of collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

• Experience utilizing product metrics and UX metrics to influence design choices.

• Extensive knowledge of user research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative).

• Proficient skills in Figma and contemporary design workflows.

• Experience with design systems and tokenized components.

• Ability to produce clear and concise design documentation.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent time management capabilities and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Proficiency in Russian at C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
