Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Grasp business challenges and convert them into user-oriented product solutions

• Design clear, efficient, and scalable user flows

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces

• Develop consistent, intuitive UI that aligns with the design system

• Test solutions with users (when feasible), ensuring compliance and usability

• Collaborate with developers to facilitate a smooth and efficient handoff

• Enhance and sustain the product's design system

• Promote ongoing improvements informed by data, feedback, and usage metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in product design (UX/UI)

• Proficient in tools like Figma

• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles

• Capability to conceptualize end-to-end journeys and flows, beyond just screens

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with technical teams (developers)
