Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire design process from start to finish

• Collaborate closely with Oisin and a founding designer

• Lead the design of consumer experiences

• Operate within a Product-Led Growth (PLG) and A/B testing framework

• Contribute to the development of the wider design team

• Strong product-oriented mindset

• Background in consumer products

• Possess strong opinions and a solid backbone

• Good chemistry and personality fit

• Ownership mentality

• Comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing

• Experience as an early-stage or founding designer

• Familiarity with social and viral product mechanics

• Previous experience at companies such as Spotify, Strava, Notion, or Monzo

• Some skill or appreciation for visual design

• Hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, sports, or other physical activities.
