Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Advocate for sound product design principles and collaborate with others to raise awareness across the organization.

• Communicate with users to thoroughly understand their workflows, environments, needs, and pain points.

• Represent user interests in product strategy and roadmap discussions.

• Mentor fellow designers, fostering context, strong decision-making abilities, and user empathy through constructive feedback to enhance the team's capabilities.

• Deeply understand user segments through research and insights, leading product design efforts to achieve measurable outcomes.
