Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing comprehensive end-to-end experiences.

• Work in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and explore design alternatives.

• Interact directly with customers and utilize their feedback throughout the development process.

• Shape strategies and deliver meticulously crafted designs that enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product design, focusing on UX/UI for both web and mobile applications.

• Demonstrated expertise in interaction and visual design.

• A compelling portfolio and/or case studies that highlight design skills and the ability to address user challenges with measurable results.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools (such as Cursor and Figma Make) effectively.

• A history of influencing strategy and delivering impactful solutions.

• Capacity to engage with customers for research and strategic planning.

• Excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require iterative development.

• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
