Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for a specific product area.

• Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients.

• Establish foundational elements for the design system.

• Revamp outdated enterprise user experiences.

• Create and test prototypes.

• Collaborate daily with teams across Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success.

• Articulate design rationale to individuals without design backgrounds.

• Champion the needs of the user.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in product design, with a proven track record in complex B2B or enterprise products.

• A portfolio that highlights your design process, showcasing research, problem definition, iteration, trade-offs, and results.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with legacy systems.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Extensive experience in designing enterprise workflows, such as lease administration, facilities management, project management, or similar enterprise SaaS fields is preferred.

• A natural instinct for design systems.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-driven design tools.

• Knowledge of contemporary design methodologies, including continuous discovery, usability testing, and data-informed iteration.

• Experience with products that are internationalized and support multiple languages and regional markets is a bonus.
