Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who embodies a "Builder" mentality to lead our product strategy initiatives.

• Create user interfaces and spearhead innovation in developing solutions that utilize Artificial Intelligence.

• Elevate and uphold the design quality standards at Sami, ensuring both visual and functional coherence.

• Design and prototype experiences driven by AI, while recognizing UX limitations and opportunities.

• Engage in the entire process, from strategic discovery to high-fidelity delivery, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research, expedite data analysis, and derive significant insights.

• Develop intricate workflows, design systems, and interaction elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience as a Senior Product Designer within startup settings or rapidly growing digital products.

• Tools & Prototyping: Proficient in Figma with a quick adaptability to new tools, particularly AI-assisted design applications.

• Builder Portfolio: Proven history of creating and launching actual products, showcasing your approach to solving complex challenges and iterating based on data insights.

• Knowledge of AI: Fundamental understanding of language models and machine learning principles to design interfaces that provide user value.

• Synthesis ability: Proficient in articulating complex concepts clearly and succinctly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
