Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, collaborating with our Financial Incentives Team from discovery and concept development to launch.

• Create internal tools and user-facing features, working alongside cross-functional teams to address significant challenges related to payments, claims, and eligibility.

• Lead and engage in user research initiatives to integrate user insights at every phase of the design process.

• Convert complex workflows into user-friendly, scalable experiences that enhance efficiency for internal teams while providing satisfaction to our members.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop roadmaps, identify problem areas, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions.

• Clearly and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in designing digital products—preferably with a focus on both internal tools and consumer-facing applications.

• Strong product thinking capabilities and systems-level problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in end-to-end design processes, from ideation and research to polished UI and implementation support.

• A modern and clean aesthetic sensibility—designing with clarity, simplicity, and user delight in mind.

• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—able to synthesize feedback and advocate for user needs.

• A proactive and humble attitude—actively seeking feedback, questioning assumptions, and iterating based on real-world insights.

• A readiness to take initiative and do whatever it takes to ensure project success.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
