Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform research and analyze both user and business requirements to craft effective interfaces, particularly focusing on onboarding experiences.

• Collect and interpret user feedback and data to guide design choices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into project goals and target demographics.

• Develop wireframes, layouts, and designs that align with user needs and business objectives, showcasing creativity in UI to enhance onboarding processes and AI feature interactions.

• Modify designs for different devices and screen resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, especially for creating engaging and intuitive interactions.

• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design ideas with users.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Define optimal navigation paths and interactions for websites and applications.

• Ensure smooth user experiences by taking into account information architecture and user journeys.

• Maintain design consistency and follow technical specifications throughout the development phase.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to guarantee design feasibility and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, ideally with practical experience in tech startups that emphasize UX.

• A compelling portfolio that highlights user-centered designs and successful projects.

• Design Skills: Expertise in Figma or comparable design tools, along with a comprehensive understanding of UX/UI design principles and the capability to create premium user interfaces.

• Device Adaptation and Trends: Experience in adjusting designs for various devices. Awareness of UX/UI design trends and a strong eagerness to learn and advance in this field.

• User Research and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, including conducting user research and interpreting data. Ability to gather insights and translate them into design solutions.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
