Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform research and analyze user and business requirements to develop effective interfaces, concentrating on onboarding experiences.

• Collect and interpret user feedback and data to guide design choices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project goals and target demographics.

• Design wireframes, layouts, and visuals that fulfill user needs and business objectives, showcasing creativity in UI to enhance onboarding processes and AI feature interactions.

• Tailor designs for different devices and screen resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly for creating highly engaging and intuitive interactions.

• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design ideas with users.

• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Analyze user data and integrate insights into design revisions.

• Establish optimal navigation paths and interactions for websites and applications.

• Guarantee seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys.

• Maintain design consistency and comply with technical specifications throughout the development process.

• Work alongside developers and product managers to confirm design feasibility and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, ideally with practical experience in tech startups, particularly those with a strong emphasis on UX.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs and successful projects.

• Design Skills: Expertise in Figma or similar design tools. Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to craft high-quality user interfaces.

• Device Adaptation and Trends: Experience in modifying designs for various devices. Awareness of UX/UI design trends and a strong eagerness to learn and develop in this area.

• User Research and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including conducting user research and data analysis. Proficient in gathering insights and applying them to design solutions.
