Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design process for intricate product areas from initial problem identification to delivering a refined user experience.

• Clarify ambiguous and poorly defined challenges.

• Design comprehensively across all aspects of the product.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define scope, design, and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Contribute to the development of our evolving design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Proven, substantial experience in designing complex, data-intensive product experiences (B2B, enterprise, or other sophisticated domains) while ensuring usability.

• Strong systems thinking abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to operate independently in uncertain situations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with rapidly evolving modern tools, along with a genuine interest in how innovations, including AI, transform the design process.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant work experience.
