This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the intake and quality of all audience selection efforts for the designated business segment.
• Takes ownership of consulting and researching the "art of the possible" within the audience design/list selection realm for the assigned business segment.
• Engages in Marketing Planning ceremonies, proactively presenting ideas for consideration and collaborating with the strategic Marketing Core Team for the designated business segment.
• Provides guidance and coaching to analysts on complex, high-impact, or cross-segment projects.
• Actively suggests and drives the adoption of innovative audience selection strategies.
• Reviews the implementation (QA) of new audience logic prior to production launch and may occasionally execute intricate audience builds.
• Assists in resolving complex issues.
• Develops and enhances audience selection processes, which includes creating documentation and training fellow team members.
• Consults with IT on enablement support and necessary technology lifecycle management requirements, ensuring appropriate sequencing to reduce disruptions to business operations.
• Creates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, conducts UAT, and assigns tasks to analysts as needed.
• Leads, plans, coordinates, or aligns cross-functional partners on significant or complex initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in the direct response industry, focusing on data analysis and campaign (audience) development across direct mail, email, and digital audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and possessing strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the following applications: MS-SQL, Unica Campaign, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Microsoft Excel.
• Certification in Unica Campaign Designer or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant preferred (or willing to obtain certification within 12 months of hiring).
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
• Proven success in project management.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities while mentoring others.
• Creative thinking skills to achieve desired outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within a project-oriented, diverse team environment.
• Leadership experience, including managing direct reports and/or project teams, is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
