This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop user-friendly mobile experiences centered around users for both iOS and Android, from initial concepts to final execution.

• Work closely with Product Managers to establish, clarify, and negotiate product requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Engineering to grasp technical limitations, platform functionalities, and implementation compromises.

• Drive design initiatives for both the development of new features and the redesign of existing user experiences.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Innovate and experiment with AI-enhanced user experiences, including smart workflows and personalized features.

• Contribute to and enhance a scalable mobile design system by defining reusable components and patterns.

• Champion user advocacy through research, feedback, and data analysis.

• Design with real-world usage in mind, addressing scenarios such as limited connectivity and brief session durations.

• Collaborate across various functions to guarantee a seamless mobile experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/Product Design, particularly focused on native mobile applications.

• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

• In-depth understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform standards.

• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in balancing user requirements with technical limitations.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
