This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishes and leads the strategy for conversion optimization across digital touchpoints and customer journeys.
• Recognizes and prioritizes areas for enhancing user flows, minimizing friction, and boosting activation and conversion rates.
• Converts business goals and user insights into a detailed, data-driven roadmap for experience enhancements.
• Oversees the design and progression of landing pages, lead forms, and mid-funnel user experiences.
• Develops and implements a scalable experimentation and testing approach to validate hypotheses and enhance performance.
• Collaborates with analytics teams to establish success metrics, analyze behavioral data, and assess the impact of design modifications.
• Utilizes advanced interaction design, user experience principles, and persuasive design strategies to create impactful solutions.
• Works alongside Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to synchronize experience strategies and influence decision-making without direct authority.
• Creates and scales reusable design frameworks, patterns, and components to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Contributes to and advances the enterprise design system to facilitate scalable and high-performing experiences.
• Identifies gaps and opportunities throughout the comprehensive customer journey and suggests strategic enhancements.
• Effectively communicates design concepts, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• At least 10 years of experience in UX design, product design, or growth design.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates, funnel performance, or user engagement metrics.
• Experience in designing and implementing experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong capability to analyze and interpret behavioral analytics and user data to guide design choices.
• Advanced expertise in interaction design, user experience principles, and systems thinking.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster alignment without direct authority.
• Robust portfolio showcasing measurable business impact and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other contemporary UX platforms.
• Experience with integrating AI tools into design workflows is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
