Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Drive the complete design process for Aconomy's offerings, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring a unified and high-quality user experience.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and colleagues, to define and implement the product roadmap.

• Create user-friendly web and mobile experiences for clients, guaranteeing smooth user journeys.

• Perform user research and usability testing to collect insights and confirm design choices, adapting based on feedback received.

• Build and sustain a design system and component library to maintain consistency and scalability across all products.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to improve the platform's visual and functional design.

• Mentor and support junior designers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design, supported by a robust portfolio of web and mobile applications.

• Demonstrated proficiency with design tools (Sketch, Figma), prototyping tools (Invision, Sketch, Figma), and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs for both mobile and web applications.

• Competence in documenting design decisions for future reference and developing and maintaining design guidelines for both internal and external use.
