Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design for key product initiatives from initial concept to final launch.

• Simplify complex product, technical, and business challenges into user-friendly and engaging experiences.

• Create comprehensive flows covering acquisition, onboarding, payments, gameplay, rewards, and user retention.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to establish roadmap priorities and ensure swift delivery.

• Develop wireframes, polished user interfaces, prototypes, and production-ready specifications using Figma.

• Advance and uphold the MyPrize design system and component library.

• Leverage data, user insights, and experimental findings to refine and enhance outcomes.

• Contribute to elevating the overall quality of motion, interaction design, and product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in launching consumer products.

• A robust portfolio that showcases end-to-end design thinking and exceptional visual craftsmanship.

• Proficiency in designing for both web and iOS platforms.

• Strong product judgment and instincts centered around user design.

• Excellent skills in interaction design, systemic thinking, and a keen eye for detail.

• High level of expertise in Figma and rapid prototyping techniques.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with uncertainty.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
