Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process for major product segments such as Casino and Loyalty, from initial discovery to final launch.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and fellow Product Designers within a multidisciplinary team.

• Transform customer insights, research findings, and business objectives into intuitive and engaging experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

• Develop high-quality UX, interaction, and visual design solutions that balance usability with outstanding craftsmanship.

• Enhance and contribute to Midnite's design system to ensure consistency and scalability throughout the platform.

• Partner closely with Engineers during the implementation phase to guarantee designs are executed to a high standard.

• Leverage experimentation, customer feedback, analytics, and research to continuously refine the product experience.

• Contribute to design methodologies, best practices, and foster a positive team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in designing and delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with the ability to comprehend customer and business challenges.

• Exceptional UI, UX, and interaction design competencies with a keen eye for detail.

• Highly skilled in Figma.

• Experience in creating or managing design systems.

• Familiarity with utilizing customer research, analytics, and experimentation to guide design choices.

• Capability to work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers in cross-functional teams.

• Ability to excel in dynamic environments while balancing speed with quality and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Experience with interface animation is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React is a plus.

• Located in the UK.

• Must have full legal right to work in the UK and be able to address current or future UK sponsorship needs.
