Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Design QA for live products, ensuring alignment between Figma designs and the final user experiences.

• Review and rectify UI/UX discrepancies across various flows, platforms, and partners, addressing edge cases and states (error, loading, empty).

• Participate in product design initiatives, from initial exploration to the final UI, with an emphasis on usability and trust in financial transactions.

• Work closely with the Product Design Team and Frontend Engineers to ensure precise implementation and seamless handoff.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize enhancements in UX quality and uphold quality standards prior to release.

• Develop and refine core UI components, design patterns, and standards across different partners.

• Utilize AI tools to improve Design QA processes, ideation, audits, and documentation.

• Enhance Design QA workflows, rituals, and frameworks to maintain quality in a multi-partner setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design.

• Exceptional visual and interaction design capabilities, with a keen eye for pixel perfection and copy accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize, prioritize, and implement solutions for UI/UX inconsistencies in released products.

• Familiarity with QA or testing methodologies (test scenarios, collaboration with QA teams); experience with automation is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile practices, particularly in web and/or mobile products.

• Ability to convert requirements into edge cases, states, and distinct interaction behaviors.

• Proven experience in collaborating with design colleagues and Frontend Engineers, along with a solid understanding of implementation trade-offs, responsive design, and UI architecture.

• Experience with design systems or component libraries.

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is a significant plus, particularly in UX writing/copy for these markets).

• Background in fintech, payments, or lending products.
