Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process in a comprehensive manner, merging product solutions with a strategic and service-oriented approach.

• Align user requirements with business goals, utilizing design as a mechanism for growth and customer retention.

• Actively participate in the upkeep and advancement of our Design System, ensuring uniformity at scale.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to provide feasible and innovative solutions.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces utilizing Figma and Miro.

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions, conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.

• Establish processes, workflows, and patterns that direct the team and guarantee the quality of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Design Thinking and user research/analysis methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Information Architecture and prototyping tools.

• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Clarity and Google Analytics.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Prior experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or hosting sectors.

• Basic front-end knowledge and an understanding of web components.
