Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our market, industry, users, company, and product vision.

• Delve deeper to reveal genuine problems and opportunities.

• Take ownership of the delivery process alongside Product Managers: from discovery to launch, ensuring users experience the impact.

• Identify issues, proactively propose enhancements, and contribute to shaping the roadmap.

• Ensure the overall quality of the product by promoting consistency, simplicity, and user-friendliness.

• Create exceptional design experiences that establish lemlist as the leading software in our field.

• Be proactive, quick to adapt, and eager to learn, whether collaborating within a squad or directly engaging with users.

• Manage and pivot between multiple opportunities.

• Influence the future of Product Design (including AI).

• Influence the future of Sales (including AI).

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 4 years of experience in Product Design, with a preference for scale-up experience.

• You have a strong bias for action → You are a “débrouillard” and recognize the importance of speed and execution.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and French.

• A strong sense of pragmatism and an appreciation for high-quality software.

• Solid understanding of SaaS markets and dynamics.

• Strong business acumen.

• Ability to inspire and lead teams.

• Attributes of humility, curiosity, passion, and a growth mindset.

• Capability to efficiently process and synthesize information.

• Experience in Sales technology.

• High level of tech literacy.

• Background in Sales or Operations.

• Background in Product Management.
